I used the barilla protein+ pasta! Same amount of calories per serving as regular pasta, but more protein 👏

Wow! That's lovely! I need to sort my fridge/freezer and do up a meal plan that makes sense. Nobody has come in yet to do it for me.

Commenting here, because you made a crappy comment on one of my posts.... I eat carbs. I called my breakfast a cheat meal, because the ONE meal was 905 calories. Please don't make assumptions and comment on someone's post until you know ALL of the facts.... Don't be a bully.
