Ugh. I'm struggling.
I'm not going above my calorie limit. I'm working out. I'm not tracking on here as diligently, but I'm tracking on my phone. I'm still feeling very optimistic about my weight loss.
I had a really late dinner last night. I think that may be contributing to the jump, as I've previously discussed on here.
Sunday, doing repairs on the roof for 4 hours. Monday, 3 hours raking the whole yard. All the sticks, pinecones, leaves, etc from the storms we've been having are now piled nicely next to the fire pit. Tuesday, I spent about an hour burning the raked up stuff, but it was a struggle. It's just too wet out there still. Before that I dumped, cleaned and filled a hot tub and also helped the chimney contractor with the chimney repairs. These projects were at two different houses I manage. All that to say, I've been more active in the last week than I have been in MONTHS and this is the week I'm stuck on a plateau. Maybe there's been muscle gain as well?
I know my muscles are definitely sore. I'll be getting into *MY* hot tub tonight.
