I’ll have time tomorrow to catch up with everybody as life has been so hectic. My hubby is in a fishing tournament tomorrow and I may just enjoy the day off, there just aren't enough days in the weekend.🙃 As we got out of work yesterday, late at night, I told my boss, I’m so happy to be driving home and it’s not raining. Three blocks later it was pouring and I couldn’t even see out the window!😞 I finally made it home and it predicted no more rain for 10 days now, woke up this morning to a storm!☹️ I honestly am starting to hate the weathermen!😖 When it rains heavily, we all become puddle-jumpers, yet in the dark it’s hard, I am sick of being soaked, I need to receive a frizzy hair trophy!🤯 All I have been finding at the end of a rainbow is the letter ‘W’!😣 I ate two lunches yesterday, for I ate my lunch before I even got to work and then had my friend buy me lunch, gosh what the heck is wrong with me??? I guess I'm on two diets now...I wasn't getting nearly enough food on just one, brother!😒 Have a Fantastic Friday! 🌺🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️ When you do not know what you are doing, yet what you are doing is your best – that is inspiration.

YES! I don't like alcohol but love the smell of gin. Our weather here is described as "changeable" so the weathermen use that excuse for not being able to tell from their office, where they are playing online games, that it is raining outside. I think having 2 lunches might be thrilling. Like an afternoon tryst. As long as they weren't both healthy. LOL. That would be disgusting.

Hey funny girl out here in the great northwest the joke in my family regarding the weather is as follows: Sunny with a chance of rain, thunderstorms possibly, sun may be covered by clouds, snow hail and ice in forecast and possible electrical storms. Temperatures ranging from a low of 13 degrees to a high of 120 degrees. Have a great day all.

Thanks for the funny ending! I hope you get a respite from rainy weather. My area is finally warm enough to go outside and vacuum 3 vehicles. 😁

I remember a similar situation when my co-worker and I looked like drowned rats by the time we go to the office. My boss came in, gave us the once over. I told him " hey, we looked good when we left home". I'm so gad to be retired....

Liv001, hopefully no more rain for 10 days as they have promised, but so far, they haven’t been able to predict correctly anything! That’s funny, three lunches - I probably would want, but have no room. I guess the only thing dry about February is the Gin.😁 Thanks for the laugh.👍🤗

Morticia, I also don’t drink much, I don’t crave it or really want it. When we go out sometimes I will order a drink but end up sipping it so slowly, margaritas and whiskey sours are about the only thing I really love.
I think our weatherman should be changeable!😄
I don’t think the lunches were that healthy, but I’m not dead, yet anyways. I wanted to get healthier, but the last few weeks drama, dieting wasn’t my goal, as I wanted to keep my will to live.😆

Little Red Fox, HI!👋 I’m glad I made you laugh at work. I try my best to do that at my job especially with my rival, the British guy, (I am French). 😁 He mostly picks on me about my hair, and I pick on him about not having any. It’s fun and relieves a lot of stress of the job.👍 I really enjoy people that work hard, and he does. Enjoy your Saturday.☀️

Trailingthesun, the inspiration I have for this weekend is to buy a lot of fruit and vegetables to take to work and use here as treats. It’s just a little bit more work than opening a bag of chips.👍 It’s a beautiful day, the sun is finally going to be shining - enjoy it.☀️

Bandrai, I put my lunch in a container and took a couple bites. Later, I came back and took a couple more bites, by the time it was time to go to work I put the empty container into the sink.🙃 It was stroganoff, not that healthy, but a small portion, so it disappeared. 😁😋 That’s what happens when you wake up at 4am and you’re a bit hungry. It’s 4am now, yikes!😆

I could never ever ever drive in snow, or when it’s icy out.😳🫣
My son is thinking of moving to Wisconsin in a couple years, so I’m sending him storm related accidents and the downfalls of living in snow daily, hoping he’ll stay.🤣
