Shew weight stayed the same thank God no gain after we went to Golden corral for Valentines Day dinner I had fried catfish and it was delicious but had almost 2600mg sodium alone and my sodium intake was 6,000mg yesterday so glad that I didn't wake up bloated and weighed in the same as yesterday and also had oreo cookies ....ugh aunt flo is about to leave that way I can quit eating chocolate..
got more watermelon and grapes ,and apples at groc store yesterday....
