Still dealing with my weight stall I realized I'm not getting enough fiber. Having had a recent issue with diverticulitis, it's taken me a while to ramp up to my yummy fibrous foods again. So I increased my fiber yesterday. Today I'm up a pound, BUT I attribute that to my diet change. I think once the fiber kicks in, all will even out again. (Got to take the good with the bad at times, right)? I also believe I'll start dropping again as long as I stick to my CICO and high fiber options.
