This is my go-to shake after every workout. 43.5 grams of protein!! 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk, 3/4 cup of non-fat greek yogurt, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 tbsp of PB Fit, 5 dashes of cinnamon and 1 cup of ice. Blend for 30 seconds. So good!
