Thank you. I have been drinking hot water with termeric, ginger, honey and lemons which does help. Absolutely vile but it has helped even though there is probably more calories in that lol but I will give these two a try. Gutted it's w.i tomorrow and the beginning of the week I was doing so well 😪 hopefully not impacted too much but not been able to exercise since Thursday 😢
