So, I was disappointed with my small loss (which is not insignificant, just less than I have been losing, which almost feels like a step backward) and I took it out on the pavement. Walked 2 miles instead of 1.5, and a different more difficult route. Big hill! Feeling better and more relaxed, about that anyways.

As long as the numbers are going in the right direction that's what counts, try to remember the weight didn't appear overnight and it won't go away overnight. You don't want to loose it too fast because you want your skin to keep up.
