Why do people have to lose white bread? It is not poison. Having a calorie controlled is the key using all the main food groups. You don’t have to cut out anything.

I know about diabetes and GI but everything in moderation. White bread isn’t poison. To label it poison is scaremongering.

I prefer white bread. Plus, I'm calorie counting whilst not being restrictive with the foods that I eat. I've found when I'm more strict I can't stick at it.
