not related to your workout at all but when you use liquid smoke do you add it into burger made at home to?

I don’t use liquid smoke. I find it tends to have a chemical aftertaste. If I’m cheating smoke into something, I will either add bacon (or cook with bacon then remove bacon), use smoked salt/paprika, add smoked cheese, or if you like a little spice, chipotle is a great way to add some smoke too.

If I were going to use it, i would mix it into the raw ground beef before I make patties.
