Feeling frustrated, my weight is up and down and up and down, I feel like I'm stalling and this is my home stretch! I don't want to stall! My beach vacation is coming up!
I follow the LCHF religiously, I have a couple cheat snacks maybe once a week but they are still 'on plan' snacks...
I haven't been working out that much but I never did, maybe I should up the workouts and up the water
water is the other place I struggle, I usually end up falling asleep on the couch with my water bottle in hand.
just feeling discouraged...

Maybe try changing things around some. If you exercise, do something different than you're used to. Definitely up the water, sometimes it can really help.

Sometimes it's not our macros, exercise, or caloric intake. Sometimes we have a reaction to certain foods causing internal inflammation. Notice what you eat when the fluctuations happen and try elimination. Hope you figure it out! xoxo

^this.... try an 11-7 eating only.. so fast the other hours. Redouble efforts on water. look up egg fasting as well possibly. How many net carbs are you trying to stick to?

regular intermittent fasting is great, but if you can't handle it just have some fat before fasting time is up. I normally eat my last meal by 8 pm and just have BPC or two until 2p.m. {18:6). The time frame is whatever fits your schedule best.

@Glen, depending on where you're going, shouldn't be too bad. Central FL here and we're still in the 80s during the day. Always hotter in the sun but the beach can have a cooler temp by 5-10 degrees. Walking in the direct sun, it's still pretty hot :)

Don't feel frustrated. If that's a recent photo in your avatar, you have your hands full. It'll happen as long as you keep the thought foremost in your mind and work at it as you can. Water isn't that big a deal. There are several different opinions and the current dogma cannot be traced to any study. Go figure. It's religion. @Glen and Newnormal. It was 17f here yesterday morning. Ran the car for 10 minutes with the defroster on high and still had to scrape the windows when I went outside. It's supposed to get cold soon.

thank you guys so much for the responses! it really helps knowing I have support here :) I'm going to try the fasting, I usually don't eat after about 7 anyway but I eat as soon as I wake up, I'll try holding off tomorrow. We are going to Florida for one week during the week before Christmas, (before the crowds come)We go to the keys and we have good weather every time so far! love it! @bulletproof3 -you are so sweet!

Even at Christmas, you should have nice weather in the Keys. It'll be cooler but that's like 70-80 instead of 85-95. The humidity will still be down too which makes it all nicer. Enjoy your time away! :)
