I was hoping for a tiny bit off again today but it was not to be. After a 10mile hike yesterday which included nearly 3000ft climb and still only 1200 calorie intake I was expecting a bit of a loss. But it wasn’t to be and put it down to muscle gain/toning. Any advice welcome 🙏
