I'll get back on track with eating at the end of the week. We went to Cheesecake factory for dinner last night on our way home and I still have to eat my Cheesecake. I'll probably eat the Cheesecake today after work and after dinner. Lol

I try to my calorie count below 2500, and my net carb below 150 to keep my Endocrinologist happy. But usually I have around 3000 cal in around 200 carbs. But I still didn’t lose weight. I try to walk as much as I can, but with a bad knee, it’s not an easy trick. There is one thing I did find out over the years, too many years, that if you deny yourself, something long enough, you will finally break an over indulge, which is worse than having a couple pieces of what you were craving in the first place. So if I get a craving for ice cream, I have ice cream. And I love dark chocolate and it really doesn’t bother my sugar so much so I stick with the dark.
