Happy Monday FS Friends
Despite all that is going on, dropped a smidge this week and hit another weight goal. Getting pretty excited as am now 6lbs away from losing the first 100lbs. What a difference a year can make.
And so, on we go. To get leaner, stronger and eventually to normal weight. I don't doubt that with all that is going on, that I will need to be mentally resilient and having a much healthier body now will help me on that front.
Last nights concert 1964 A Beatles tribute was a blast even though we were in the very last row and a man with a big head was sitting in front of me. Sang along to every song. Found it to be a release and since they have another 4 shows, bought myself a ticket for the Wednesday matinee, front row, centre. I'm not spending on takeout, eating out or junk food so this will be my "treat".
Tomorrow my littlest one, Olive (aka Pumpkin) the Brussels Griffon is going in for her dental. I'll be glad when it's done and she's home again recovering from anaesthesia.
