Hello FS Friends,, I am back from Holiday travel . Hope everyone had a great Holiday . I will weigh in on Friday,, it could go either way . Of course visiting with Family there were a few small indulgence . When you go to your 93 YO Grannys house and everything is carb Loaded not a lot you can do about it,, just make the best of it . and that's exactly what I did .
