I've fallen back into two bad habits. 1) using sweets as a coping mechanism for my post work stress, and 2) not tracking after 6pm, so I way overeat said sweets.

I'm going to be vulnerable and honest here, I'm so terrified of swinging wildly from binge eating disorder to being someone who measures down to the gram the food I eat EVERY. SINGLE. BITE. I am still working in therapy on this stuff, but it's never a straight path to healing.

I'm coming back to the app that has kept me aligned for so many years now. I always see success when I'm active here, so it's time to get back to it. Again...

Every minute of every day is a chance to start again.
