The regular potato is an underrated food. Surprisingly, it has more vitamins and minerals than the admired sweet potato! It just gets a bad rap because unlike you, most people eat them in the form of fries and chips. People used to just eat plain potatoes, a few decades ago, or even one decade ago, more often than they do now, it seems. What a nostalgic food, for that reason, if that’s correct!

I try to eat right! I love potatoes and they are good for you. I limit all other carbs when possible. I try to eat as fresh and organic as possible too. I don’t always eat right, but at least 90%. Thanks for the support!
