I like toast with nothing on it, too. It’s not a popular option about toast—but I also like toast with stuff on it. It just doesn’t have to have it.

Love eggs. Thinking about removing the yolks to reduce fats but I know that won’t be as good

I put cottage cheese in the eggs to bump up the protein since it’s just 1 egg too!

That toast looks delicious! I will have to try this with my eggs. Currently, I remove half the yolks to keep my protein ratio higher.

I do the same Anonb, remove half the yolks! I do this with hard boiled eggs too!
