Just had a banging omelette but ate it before I took a picture …. Had feta, lightly roasted chestnut mushroom, cherry toms, spinach and sweet red pepper on a fat bed of pea shoots 350 cals but was lunch and breakfast all in one go so I’m pleased with that. It tasted pretty good and looked even better … cross about the photo 😂😂
