Sweets are dangerous lol. You sit on your hands to eat healthy, then eat more than your share of sweets, and unless it’s something like a Greek yogurt ice cream bar or something else with protein and not loads of sugar by dessert standards, you are already over target when you tried to eat healthy…portion control with sweets works when you’re younger and have to eat them in front of adults, but…we’re the adults now 😂.
