In my opinion consuming big amount of fats makes sense if you follow a keto diet, when your body learns to get energy more from fats not carbs. But if you just have too many fats every day it can only cause weight gain:( I’ve been gaining for two weeks because I have too many fats, although they’re healthy (nuts, peanut butter, cheese). Your meal looks delicious and if you don’t have it every day and add more carbs and protein later you’ll be fine xx
