Back to tracking - I hope! Well, needless to say I didn't do too much (any) tracking over the Christmas break, and I certainly over-indulged on some things. My weight is up a tad, hoping to get it back down to 148 quickly. I work at a private university, and one perk is the university is closed between Christmas & New Years. So, that means I can exercise all I want, maybe get some much-needed cleaning done, and really work on tracking. I did some menu planning & made it to the grocery store today, and recorded what I ate for the first time in probably close to a week. That's one of my worst habits, I'll track consistently while I'm at work (in front of a computer), but then drop it over the weekend. And that really needs to change. Hm, think that could be a good goal for 2016 - along with the obligatory "lose 10 lbs by my birthday," which hasn't happened in years. My hope for 2015 is that I end the year lighter than I began it; well I think that one will actually happen!!! I may only be 6 - 7 lbs lighter, but that's still LIGHTER!!!
