I use the organika collagen protein in my morning coffee along with inulin almost everyday. It helps me increase my protein and fibre intake. My dietician gave me great advice. Ask myself before I consume something Is this purposeful? If not then change it so that it is. It really helps me make every thing I eat work towards my goals.

Just an FYI: If you’re looking for hair, nails, skin and joint benefits, it’s good.
But if you are looking for more of a “protein supplement” for lean mass and recovery, you would likely do better with something like whey, casein, pea/rice blend, egg or beef protein powders.
Or not. Up to you. Just something to consider 😎

Thanks, I thought this would be a good way to get some extra nutrients. I do have protein shakes and bars. But I am always looking for better options.
