hormone cycle has my weight in an insane flux so to any fellow women out there worried about the scale numbers, don’t be too hard on yourself during this week!
i pause on IF for these five days to give my body rest, proper food and generally go on my maintenance calories (TDEE). it’s been a rough week but ill be able to bounce back in cardio and back to 16:8/18:6 🫶
