so this week my life is still all upside down but trying not to let it impact my weight loss journey too badly! no where near my target exercise plans but still managed 2 x pilates, 2 x yoga, 1 x run and 1 x hiit session so could definitely have been worse. one family meal Friday which totally ruined my calories for the day but other than that pretty much stayed in my limit. doing well with increasing water and still no vape, so that's nearly a month quit now! I'm determined not to let everyone crisis and stressful life event throw me off!
