I have been having a lot of trouble sleeping and keep thinking it will get better and it isn't. I hope yours improves soon.

Liv001, I do it to myself. Life is short and I wanna do so much, sleep is not one of the things I want to do, but I need to do. That’s called adulting.🙃 Pretty old not to be an adult yet!

Cmj29, I am so blessed that I do not have allergies, yet I don’t drink either and Sunday I had two drinks. I think that is what ruined my Monday. Man I was tired! I’ll never do that again, so I say.😆 Enjoy your day!🤗
