@YOH-Wow a 24" waist. 27" is great though and according to my height and to be the best as far as heart disease I just need to get to 29"! I have always had small hips. I would consider a tummy tuck but with all the needles from my breast cancer I can't do anything that is voluntary. I just hate even having my blood drawn anymore and never used to be that way. I do think our hormones play a factor in where the fat goes unfortunately. Hey I sent you a PM 

You may not need a tummy tuck my friend, i just have body dysmorphia issues and a young hubs. Also i always had such a pretty tummy i missed it when i got healthy🤫😜. Ive gotten better with needles. When i was pregnant they thought my child was going to be hydrocephalic (she wasn’t) or a spina bifida baby (she wasn’t) and so i was in the OB/GYN office a LOT and loads of blood draws and a needle got broken off in my arm which hurt like a )*#)(&)* and made me cringe after that. Ive gotten better. I have them chatter on about anything prior to needle and look the other way and boom its over. I have always always had hips and big bum and always longed for a small one and now that it is i miss the fullness. Sigh. Even at 60. So superficial of me. But, what are you gonna do? @YOH - I would like to do one-but probably won't. Some of it is just loose skin. Doesn't tighten up like it used to. Keep trying different creams, etc. OH MY to have a needle broken off in your arm!!! How in the heck do they get that out and I would have fainted...LOL I had a port for my chemo because I had 5 months of treatments and I hated it because it just bothered me to have a piece of equipment on my chest so they would flush it, take my blood, flush it and then I had the chemo. They always numbed it when they accessed it but hated it and everything I hated it. I look away too. It is not superficial of you and nothing wrong with wanting to look nice. In business school I had a class in it so I don't leave the house without a little makeup on, etc. You would never catch me in pajama bottoms at the store....LOL  

😅 i had two handfuls of loose skin on my tummy. I called it LULU dont ask me why. It was like a car accident for me because i couldn’t get it to go away and got OCD on it. You dont look like that is the case with you. Also, i lost 90 pounds at 58-59 after decades of yo-yo’ing 20 pounds from 140-160. Im sure it is not the way you see it. I am now at the place in my life where i will go out without makeup for meetings with my trainer or run to the store but other than that—-glam it up!!! I like the way i look when i am dressed nice and good hair and makeup and since i think i dont have many years left like that based on math = live it up! You are a brave girl with that port. I have seen those and they look scary to me. Im a side sleeper too so im guessing you have to adjust the way you slept at night. When the needle broke i remember it felt like a hot stinging knife like feeling. I think when that one happened they were having a hard time finding the baby’s heartbeat so my focus was on that which probably helped. Im with you-no pj’s at the store.😱
