Back down a bit of weight. Other than cardio haven’t worked out in ~4 days though I stay pretty consistent w that at least 3-4 times a week. Wonder tho if loss is more muscle than fat. Will try to get back at least a 14 hour fasting window. Last meal was ~8pm, I would like to make it until 1pm today before I have lunch/ first meal.
