Plateaus are normal, I know this. However! They are testing my patience. I know I’ve lost so much weight that my body is adjusting and slowing the losses down. Little does this body know that my brain and I are committed to breaking this plateau once again.

I will readjust my goal weight next week (manifesting a break thru HA). I am now a solid medium in clothes and that is feeling fantastic! Seeing clothes literally falling off is nice too. Probably driving my husband nuts with look at this one!

Try a fast to break it!

I agree, I like to do a fast or detox to break them and it works well to make my body let go of the weight.

With me, I increase one day cals,fat etc. my body relaxes and lets go again. Hence, the drop today! (Saturday). I’m not a fasting girl! Not since slim fast and the 90’s! I feel a good re feed day lets your body know I’m not trying to kill it! Thx everyone
