It has been a very productive day thus far and it feels good to be so active. I am feeling better since I have been eating better and cutting out the midnight snacks has made a huge impact thus far on how I feel in the morning and my quality of sleep. Plus I kinda like waking up hungry and ready for a good breakfast. My resolution of a positive attitude has been nice too. I have noticed so much less tension in the house so that is a good thing for everyone. I did have one small drawback, today I fell on the ice again (third time this winter) and my back is very angry with me at the moment. I think for the remainder of the day I am going to rest it a bit. I stayed active for a couple hours after it happened but now it is getting achy. But I will get back to active tomorrow and hopefully it will feel a bit better by then. Good luck everyone.
