Wednesday check-in: I found out yesterday that the restoration/reconstruction of my condo will be completed earlier than expected, probably by the end of next week! They have finished painting and are starting on putting flooring down today and will then move all my stuff back in from storage. Although my temporary housing is great, I am looking forward to being back home. I haven't weighed since I have been out and I am afraid I have gained a little by eating too many healthy (and some not so healthy) snacks. I also miss my kitchen, especially my salad spinner; it is hard to rinse and dry lettuce. 😒
