Did pretty good yesterday. I really have to start concentrating on dieting. Since I’ve been kind of on the tired side, I need to eat less and move more. So charge…. Hopefully, I’ll be able to answer comments this long weekend coming up. I’m so thankful to everybody who’s been so sweet and helpful. when i was doing outpatient sobriety group classes, that was the one phrase i kept hearing over and over again "im under construction" it stuck with me and definitely allows for some grace!! i hope you start to feel more energy!
