Starting over once again. I'm trying to not be so hard on myself. My body is amazing, it has created life and fed it for over a year. My son is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Now that I'm no longer breastfeeding, I can pick up my old calorie deficit. "I will not give up" has been my motto since I started and will continue to be, I've just been on a hiatus 😆 At least that's how I look at it.
