Cold weather is not my friend. I'm in Florida and it's cold to a native born person current temp 55' but feels like 48. I know that this is not cold compared to other places, but getting out of a warm bed at 4:00 am to workout is getting hard. (Okay I admit it I am like a fat cat sitting in front of a fireplace.) Currently opting to workout inside with Tae Bo believers workout and exercise bike. Trust me it takes all my strength to leave a warm bed, but it must be done.

Hoping sun makes an appearance at sometime this week so I can walk outside on walking path in the park.(Expected to receive more thunderstorms by Friday and temps dropping again by Saturday.)

Okay you can blast me I'll take it and smile at you all.

Any suggestions for additional inside workouts.

I was out today with sleet and snow. I understand cold weather isn't my favorite especially living in Ohio.
