I forgot to mention, on top of my back now hurting, my right arm in my deltoid area has been hurting for over a month now. It hurts when I overhead press or bench press. It was an lying pain at first, but now starting to affect those lifts. I've tried massaging it and different exercises for it, but can't figure it out. I have to go to work today with this back and it's excruciating to bend over. 😮‍💨
