This is what I have for breakfast (oat and blueberry waffle) every day 500 or so Cals depending on what brands you use for you ingredients so hefty for brekkie but keeps me full all the way till lunch. ☺️

This recipe makes 2 waffles
1 cup of porridge oats
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
Just under 1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 egg
1 medium banana
1/4tsp cinnamon
1/4 vanilla
1 and a 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Blitz in blender when smooth add handful of blueberries just mix them in whole then I use a low cal oil spray to
