I cheated today. I had Japanese hibachi, which was shrimp, veggies, and rice. I also ordered crispy spicy salmon sushi, which is breaded and deep fried. So not only did I cheat on eating healthy but I also ate gluten. ☹️
I know I shouldn’t be upset but I am disappointed in myself for giving in on the gluten free part. I don’t think the inflammation in my body will ever go away if I cheat every two weeks.
On the upside, it was really good. Also, I did not eat the pizza my family wanted for dinner. So at least I didn’t continue the trend through the day.
