Hi FS 😊🌍. I’m home after a much needed mini break. Was good to clear my head. Summer this year has been busy socially and I’ve enjoyed every minute. Do you make sensible choices even when out? If not, how do you reset without undoing weeks of progress?

@wifey…I haven’t been doing that. I need to start. And stop my weight spiralling out of control. Going to see Taylor Swift again…this time in London. Going to use that as a target to get into shape 🤞🏾

I try to be sensible even when allowing myself treats. Vacation may include things that I don't usually do, but that doesn't mean every meal is a free for all. When I get home, I get into the mindset that if I've gained, I need to do the things I know need to be done to get back to goal.

@Jamie it was a brilliant gig! In Glasgow. The set was a little shorter than expected and they missed out a few songs I really hoped they’d play. But it was still an awesome night.
