Weighed in last night once I got home off plane, 168+. I knew I didn’t ’feel’ that heavy so got up this morning and weighed in again. Must have been holding onto a lot of water weight from travel etc because I was 164.8, about what I expected to be. I’ve been doing this long enough to understand about where my max intake is, got enough exercise and cardio in while I was gone to at least maintain my progress. Lots of eating out, dessert, etc combined with lots of walking, swimming, gym and cardio 4-5x a week, and good sleep.
Looking forward to getting back into swing of things here at home and opening up the credit card bill and start paying that back lol. Next trip is December hopefully. Much needed vacation to recharge the batteries.
