i also love fish. I also love brim they're just so small it takes forever to get enough of them to eat. Lol 😆. Although I love catfish as well I've never found them to be overly muddy or fishy, but then again I guess where I grew up fishing for them out of the ponds and lakes of the surrounding areas in TN, I learned to clean them properly and I think that's where a lot of people go wrong is they hit the mudvain when cleaning them which makes them taste poorly.
