Agreed about the eggs. My most filling meal that lasts at least 5 solid hours is ground beef, eggs, avocado 🥑, and kimchi. Sometimes I add a little cottage cheese. Your breakfast sounds delicious and filling.

Eggs are the best! I eat them every day. Very filling. I can go hard cleaning for about 6 hours on three with 1/2 slice of bacon or a small piece of sausage. M d you I also have fruit, Fibre one, bran and coffee. 😂😂 I eat a lot. My work is very physical.

Thank you, Sterny! Work at the office has been stressful lately, so my work from home days have been extra enjoyable, lol. I need peace and quiet to function and it’s just been.. a lot. I’ve got my babies home with me this weekend, so we’ve got a lot of fun stuff going on since school is out for summer. Hope you have a beautiful weekend as well, my sis 💖
