Still Yoyo-ing. weight not decreasing much- but muscle tone visibly improving 💪🙂 Do not want to push fat burn this time, want to focus on muscle building. Have to keep reminding myself “it’s a long game” - short results don’t mean much here, it’s the improvement of my daily habits and the slow burn of the long game that matters here.
