Absolutely LOVE my new walking pad. I’ve done a 20 min walk/jog every night since I got it last Sunday and I feel great. This was tonight after dinner. Tomorrow I plan to jog the full 2 miles. It really gets a nice sweat going. My only regret is not investing in one sooner.

Nice! Especially with the heat (and here the humidity, too).
What brand did you get? Did you have to get something for under it, like a mat, etc.?

Buddy, I would say neither. It’s just a walking pad. I set the speed to what felt safe and jogged for 20 min straight.

Wisco, exactly! The humidity has been so bad that I feel like I can’t breathe when I run outside in the heat. Plus the air quality in NYC is bad. I got this from Amazon and I’m super happy with it! Here’s the link: https://a.co/d/00IOvKcQ
I didn’t need to put anything underneath, I just found a little spot on my floor in the living room (right next to the ac unit, lol). Super happy with this little thing!!

Chubba, the max speed is 4.0, which is like 12 mph for me. I didn’t even know you could jog on these things until I saw someone using theirs for jogging on Instagram. I did take a little tumble one of the first times I jogged on it because I let myself get distracted by my phone, so it does require you to pay attention to your steps since there’s no hand rail.
