Barbecue chicken, cheesy polenta and sauteed zucchini.
Drink: pineapple juice, cranberry juice and S. Pelligrino.

May have a serving of ice cream for dessert 😋

Thanks @thiccmami ! I’m getting all my calories in the one meal as opposed to grazing all day. I’ve tried many meal plan variations. This one is tough but it’s moreso to build discipline than for calorie control. It’s certainly not something I think I could sustain longterm especially for my body goals.
