Up down, up down, up down. Clothes feel better, physique is better, sleep is better. I’m eating better, exercising almost every day, spending less money on crappy food, getting more vitamins, minerals and varieties of foods in diet. I’ll just enjoy the journey because this is obviously gonna be a slow one.
