I'll be getting an ultrasound of my arm on Tuesday. They said it's either a muscle tear or tendonitis, but the ultrasound will show what's going on. They said to not do upper body at the gym for a few weeks to rest my arm. The exeI can do at the gym is becoming less and less. I'm so frustrated and depressed. I had numbness and tingling in my right leg all day yesterday and a few times today. I'm just falling apart. I already have tendonitis in my left wrist that I've had since my early 20s that acts up a lot. This just sucks. I'm too young to have all these issues. This is pathetic

Read up on Collagen. Changed my life 10 years ago. Most of my life has included labor intensive work growing up in agriculture and I started driving commercial at 18. Not to make a long story longer, but the level of pain and wear and tear on my body at 50 was overwhelming. Supplements made all the difference for me and I'm better at 60 than at 50.
