I have a small tear in one of my muscles in my shoulder and bursitis in my shoulder. The dr said none of it requires surgery and he gave me a band and exercises to do for it and still no upper body in gym for the next 2 weeks. He said if I don't see improvement in 2 weeks then we'll need to do a mri. Chiropractor said my back is just real tight and the results are bad and well continue on the laser treatment. I did non surgical decompression today, which was uncomfortable, but Thurs will be back to laser. I told him I'm not deadlifting anymore and he said good idea, although he been telling me that and I been being hard headed thinking I'd be alright. Lesson learned
