Day Three of LCHF trials and down 2 pounds. Feeling good and meal planning is easy. When I focus on Foods that I do enjoy and NOT what I should not eat, it goes a lot smoother. Meals based around a good protein, salads and veggies and a touch of carbs (once a day/in small portions) I am OK! Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday!
Superbowl is next weekend I am determined to stay on the plan! There are many good protein choices and veggies with low carb dips that will pair nicely with a good light beer! Have a nice day everyone!
