weight same...
went to moose breakfast, had usual (egg, bacon, sausage, 1/2 biscuit with 1/8 cup gravy and ice tea (Splenda).
this afternoon drove out to free range to do some shooting, used neighbor's colt navy black powder...cold, windy, wet..by the time I started driving home my fingers where numb, my bad knee ached so bad I could hardly walk and felt physically sick...but, at 25 yards I hit a skeet disk I found, popped an 8" spiderman ball I tossed to float in a muddy pool.
then had to clean things and return the pistol while still feeling ill.
all-n-all...it was fun.

Yup, I am sick...nose: runny (check), head: achey (check), throat: sore (check), plus a bit of behind the eyes fatique/dizziness...And no sick time on the books to stay home and have my pity party.😷

No problem there, I feel to miserable to even think about going out in that muck again or even dragging the scooter or bicycle of the garage...at least until I shake this bug.
