It looks like next week I'll be calling the ortho dr and letting him know the exercises and NSAID isn't working. I'm also going to have him check out my left wrist. I have tendonitis in it, but I feel like it's gotten worse. If I get an mri of my shoulder they may as well do the wrist to. It hurts all the time and I haven't been doing upper body to irritate it. It stays swollen and a few times some of my fingers start to twitch like a nerve is being compressed. At times my left hand grip is weak and sometimes things feel like it wants to fall out my hand. It's not all the time, but at times. I'm just totally falling apart. This is so depressing and frustrating.
